Responsible for each of the Company’s marine-related projects, overseeing all development activities from planning and financing to negotiating contracts.

Marc is co-inventor of the Nova Ray® ROV and co-authored “Finding Your Treasure Without Losing Yourself”, an Amazon Best Seller, with his brother Krist. 

Entrepreneur, Author, Explorer, ROV Pilot, Professional Diver and COO of Coral Partners Management, LLC, Krist is responsible for the Company’s vessels, survey equipment, crew and the execution of marine operations and activities, including engineering development and field- testing of the ongoing development of ROV technology.

Leads the company's technical direction and execution. A technology veteran with expertise in artificial intelligence, systems integration, data visualization, and cloud security orchestration. Mike designs the technical roadmap, leads its development and delivery teams, and works closely with customers and partners.
